Jaydev Events organized an excellent event to celebrate Madan Mohanji’s birth anniversary on 25 June 2017 in Ahmedabad.

The concert at Tagore Hall, was hosted and conceived by Shashank Desai with much care and passion for Madanji’s music.

The singers included Aanal Vasavda, Nayna Sharma and Vishwanath Batunge, while the orchestra was led by Sharad Khandekar. The anchor was Mohsin Shaikh.

A packed audience welcomed every song that was performed as well as were happy to have in their midst, Sangeeta Gupta (Madanji’s daughter), and Sanjeev Kohli (elder son of Madanji) with their respective families who had especially been invited to attend the event.

A special cake arranged by Shashank Desai, featuring a recreation of Madanji’s visual, was cut by the family on stage, celebrating his birth anniversary.
