MAUSAM-E-MADAN, an event by Khalsa College Mumbai

The students of the Khalsa College, Mumbai are organizing a special event devoted to the music of Madanji at the College on 23rd July 2011.

Indeed it is heartwarming that the college youth too is interested in music of the golden era and have chosen Madanji as the focus of their annual event.

A Concert of Madanji Melodies in Indore

SANGEET KALA SANDESH is organizing a concert, BOONDANIYAN BARASAN LAGI on Saturday, 23rd July 2011, at Anand Mohan Mathur Hall, Indore at 7.30 pm. The show will be anchored by Sanjay Patel and will feature some wonderful melodies of Madanji sung by Suvarna Mategaonkar, a well know singer from Pune. Boondaniyan Barsan Lagi is a memorable song from Jailor, and many such other melodies will embellish this concert.

Also on 17th July 2011, noted flautist Salil Datey, had a special recital exclusively of Madanji songs in Indore.
